Germany:
Standard orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 working days after the goods has arrived at our warehouse. Please check here if your ordered product is in our warehouse. Shortly after a collection drops, delivery times may be longer. As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
All other Countries:
Delivery duration can be up to 7-14 working days.
For all deliveries outside Europe, import duties may be charged (fees, import duties, VAT), which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are levied once your package reaches your country. SunlightService does not withhold duties and taxes during the checkout process and cannot predict what your potential duties will be: in the event that such additional duties are incurred, they must be paid in order for your package to be cleared. In this case, the customer is responsible for the costs incurred. Please contact your local customs office for more information about your country's policies.
RETURNS:
It is possible to return a product, if needed.
Please note, all items must be returned new, unused and with all original packaging and tags attached within 14 days of order receipt. The return must be announced in advance via the support. The refund of the order is usually made within 14 days after receiving your return. Size changes are possible if the required size is still in stock.
If you return part of a discounted bundle, the discount may no longer apply. In such cases, we reserve the right to recalculate the refund based on the regular prices of the items kept.
Exchanges:
You can also exchange your purchased item to a bigger or smaller size. Please let us know before to make sure the selected size is available.

- If you order from Germany we will deduct €6,00 from your refund amount for the return label & processing fees.
- If you are within the EU, the return shipping costs may vary and could exceed €6
- If you are not from Germany, you must return the goods at your own expense. Costs resulting from the return shipment, such as customs duties, etc., will be deducted from the refund amount.
