Shipping

How long will it take to get my order?

Please allow 1 - 10 days for the parcel to reach you after the parcel has left our warehouse.
The shipping time varies depending on the country you are ordering from.

Are all products currently in the warehouse?

Yes, every product is available immediately.

Will I receive a shipping notification?

Yes, you will receive a shipping notification email with an invoice and a tracking number to track your order.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

It is possible to return a product, if needed.
Please note, all items must be returned new, unused and with all original packaging and tags attached within 14 days of order receipt. The return must be announced in advance via the support. The refund of the order is usually made within 14 days after receiving your return. Size changes are possible if the required size is still in stock.

How can I return my order?

Please contact us via mail at return@sunlightservice.de to get your return label. Send us your order number in this mail to receive your return label.

What are the costs for a return?

We will deduct €6,00 from your refund amount for the return label & processing fees.
